Breathe & Heal: Breathwork Workshop
Join us for a transformative journey of self-discovery & healing.

**What to Expect**
· Each workshop is longer than most to accommodate two, 75-minute sessions (one for you and one for your sitter).
· We will gather in meditation, do breathwork, and close with a group share.
**Who Can Attend**
· Open to all levels, no prior experience necessary.
· Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, this workshop offers something for everyone.
**What to Bring**
· Comfortable clothing
· Yoga mat, blanket, pillow
