RATES:

  • Initial Assessment (50 minutes): $200-$240

  • Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $180-$220

  • Hypnotherapy (90 minutes): $350-$400*

  • EMDR (50 minutes): $180-$220

  • Relationship Coaching (55 minutes): $250

    • Packages:

      • 3 months (6 sessions): $200

      • 6 months (12 sessions): $175 + unlimited texting

      • 12 months (24 sessions): $150 + unlimited texting + complimentary access to workshops

  • Couples Therapy: $180 (50 minutes); $270 (90 minutes)

  • Family Therapy (50 minutes): $180

  • Group Therapy (55 minutes): $45

Telehealth appointments (using HIPAA compliant software) are available for the above services at the same rate.

*Hypnotherapy is not covered by insurance.

INSURANCE:

Most major insurance companies cover 50 minutes of mental health services. Coverage depends upon the type of plan you hold. Mental health services may be applied to your deductible and out of pocket expenses. Our staff will contact your insurance company to help you determine your coverage.

PREFERRED PPO INSURANCE PROVIDERS:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO & Blue Choice (If you have BCBS from another state, they may cover Illinois providers.)

  • Cigna

We do not take Medicaid, Medicare or Meridian. We are not in network with any HMO plans.
